In the end of last month, we NIPAF 10 Japanese Artists went to
Myanmar to have performance exchange in 2 cities. It was our second
experience to have exchange there. 10 Myanmar artists also join it.

Of course still all situation there is so hard, but we are really
glad to meet them again and really appreciate their work. We also had
"Stopover" event in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. We also had very
exciting time with local artists there.
I really appreciate those artists who did work hard for this exchange
event there.

Now I am working for our 10th anniversary of our summer event,
focusing Asian performance art, NIPAF Asian Performance Art Series
'05. In this March, we finished 12th NIPAF05 international one in 4
cities in Japan.

After starting NIPAF in 1993, we realized that we need more
opportunity to meet more Asian artists. Then we started this NIPAF
ASIA since 1996 besides NIPAF itself. Every time organizing this kind
of event is very hard work, but same time NIPAF is full of joy. And
also we proud its 10th year.

In this time we invite 14 Asian artists and also one guest from
Mexico. And 24 Japanese artists and lots of volunteer stuff, mainly
art students, are working for this 2 weeks, 4 cities events. We hope
this performance events will be fruitful finish, for better future
for all.
